Refund policy
Online Purchases
If you’d like to return or exchange an item purchased from our website, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date using the contact form here.
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items or if there is a production flaw. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a full refund or provide an exchange.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a production or shipping error by Mutty Mornings.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please note:
Returns or exchanges for items purchased from third-party retailers must be handled directly with the store where the item was purchased, and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
We are not responsible for packages once they’ve been handed off to the Postal Service. Mutty Mornings is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit.
Processing Times
All of our bandanas are handmade with care and love.
• Standard Orders: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made and shipped.
• Custom Orders: Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing, depending on the design and finalization time.
Final Sale Items
All custom pieces, sale items, clearance products, subscription boxes, special promotions, and live event sales are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
